SERVICES SUPPLIED

Design and Installation of:

• Documented Quality Management Systems conforming to the requirements of ISO 9001/2 and/or the Q Mark by Excellence Ireland;
• Documented Environmental Management Systems conforming to the requirements of ISO 14001/EMAS;
• Documented Health & Safety Statements as required by the Health & Safety at Work Act : 1989;
• Co-ordinated, documented management systems comprising the above three elements;
• Web site design;
• Training (see section on training).

The Process Involves:

1. Analysis of all existing management systems.
2. Creation of systems where none exist.
3. Generation of a project plan if required.
4. Documentation of all management systems in an efficient and user friendly manner, e.g. manual, plan, procedures, work instructions, etc.
5. Design of all forms.
6. Training of personnel in the requirements of the standard, the installed system and internal auditing. I am registered as a course organiser by FAS (registration # 901203).
7. Assisting with any additional issues, e.g. word processing, setting up computer directories/files, etc.
8. Auditing the completed system.
9. Preparing the company for assessment.
