PROFILE

As an Independent Consultant based in Dublin, I manage all aspects of my client company's ISO 9000/Continuous Improvement project. This includes conducting audits to ISO 9000 standard and providing training on ISO 9000, Quality Auditing and Continuous Improvement techniques. In addition I assist companies to install documented Health & Safety systems and Environmental Management systems (ISO 14001).

I have been retained by a wide range of companies from large UK and US multinationals (e.g. Laporte Industries PLC, Fulflex International Company, etc.) to small Irish owned companies (e.g. Interocean Agencies Limited, Jaebrade Security Services, etc.). These companies have been in the manufacturing, chemical and service sectors.

My background and experience during the past twenty-five years has been in the manufacturing and service sectors. In addition to my formal education I have successfully completed many additional courses in computing, software, quality assurance and management. I have approximately thirteen years supervisory/management experience, ten at senior management level.
